NeuroDivergent Parent
Thriving through pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and parenting
Welcome
This space is for neurodivergent parents-to-be and new parents who are navigating pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenthood with a different kind of brain. Whether you’re autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, highly sensitive, or simply feeling overwhelmed by how things are usually done, you’ll find calm, honest support here. No pressure to do things the “right” way, just thoughtful tools and insights to help you feel more at home with your own personal experience.

Pregnancy
Being pregnant and neurodivergent can be a real challenge. Your body is suddenly acting differently, with strange sensations, hormones, and new pains and aches. Also there are all the appointments you have to attend.

Birth
Being prepared for the childbirth helps a lot. Know what you’re getting into, decide where to give birth and make sure to advocate for yourself and your specific needs.

Postpartum
Now your life has changed forever. A new life depends on you 24/7, which can hit us neurodivergent people really hard. Hormonal changes and too little sleep don’t make it any easier.
